Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare wax patterns and core components prior to assembly.
• Remove defects using approved tools and methods.
• Inspect wax patterns to ensure quality before assembly.
• Read and follow engineering sketches, practices, and work instructions.
• Assemble wax patterns and mold components as required.
• Use assembly tools with appropriate PPE and safety practices.
• Repair minor imperfections and address quality concerns as directed.
• Complete paperwork and sign off production routers accurately.
