Job summary

Flytrex Inc. is seeking an Assembly Technician to join our Pilot Point, TX production team. You will perform assembly, testing and quality control on the Flytrex unmanned aircraft system, following design specs and ensuring conformance with QMS standards. Domestic travel may be required and collaboration with the Israeli headquarters is expected.

The role requires 3+ years in electronics or UAS, an associate degree (preferred) and ability to lift up to 50 lbs in an indoor manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with small electronic systems or aircraft/UAS.
• Strong foundations in engineering principles and manufacturing basics.
• Associate degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly tasks, testing, conformity evaluations and QC for Flytrex UAS.
• Follow engineering drawings, work orders and specifications to assemble components.
• Operate fixtures and use precision measuring tools to verify tolerances.
• Document audit findings and support continuous process improvement.
