Job summary

Flytrex in Pilot Point, TX is seeking an Assembly Technician for production of the Flytrex Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS). You will perform assembly, testing, conformity evaluations, and quality control aligned with design specifications, coordinating with the Israeli Headquarters to meet regulatory and program requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with small electronic systems, electrical circuitry, motor systems, or demonstrated technical expertise in aircraft, unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), or rotorcraft.
• Associate's degree preferred (Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Aerospace) or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Collect and verify technical data to perform root-cause analysis on routine operational issues.
• Perform final adjustments, alignments, and calibrations to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Safely operate hand and power tools to execute operations outlined in work instructions.
• Conduct inspections and document results in standardized report formats.
• Interpret engineering drawings and assemble components per instructions.
