Job summary

Flytrex is expanding its production manufacturing operations in Pilot Point, TX, seeking an Assembly Technician to perform assembly, testing, conformity evaluations, and quality control for the Flytrex Unmanned Aircraft System.

In this role, you will support hardware, software, and system-level audits, follow engineering drawings, and ensure compliance with QMS, regulatory guidelines, and customer specifications while coordinating with the Israeli headquarters’ supply chain team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience working with small electronic systems, electrical circuitry, motor systems, or demonstrated technical expertise in aircraft, unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), or rotorcraft.
• Strong foundational understanding of engineering principles and practical manufacturing applications.
• Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly tasks, testing, conformity evaluations, and quality control for Flytrex UAS production.
• Execute commercial manufacturing functions in alignment with aircraft conformity and configuration requirements.
• Coordinate with the supply chain team at the IL Headquarters.
