Job summary

Flytrex Inc. in Frisco, TX is seeking an experienced Assembly & Manufacturing Manager to lead production, assembly, testing, and conformity for our UAS.

You will build the team, improve processes, and scale manufacturing to support growth, working with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and our Tel Aviv HQ. Qualifications

• 7+ years in aerospace or advanced manufacturing.
• Hands-on mechanical and electrical experience.
• Experience leading production or technical teams.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Knowledge of quality, configuration control, and traceability.
• Root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing and workshop operations including planning and staffing.
• Develop assembly technicians through training, coaching, technical guidance, and performance management.
• Own production execution and ensure aircraft are assembled, tested, documented, and delivered according to approved design and quality requirements.
• Establish and maintain standardized assembly procedures, work instructions, build records, inspections, and product traceability.
• Ensure compliance with configuration control, QMS, conformity, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering on NPI and transitioning new designs into repeatable production processes.
