Job summary

Flytrex Inc. in Pilot Point, TX, is seeking an experienced Assembly & Manufacturing Manager to lead our manufacturing and assembly operations for UAV systems.

You will drive production planning, line management, testing, conformity, and quality, while coordinating with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Flight Operations, and our Tel Aviv HQ. You will build the team, define processes, establish standardized procedures, and develop capabilities to support growth, safety, and regulatory

Qualifications

• 7+ years in aerospace, UAS, robotics, automotive, or advanced electromechanical manufacturing with leadership experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, electrical schematics, BOMs, and technical docs.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing quality, configuration control, inspection, and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing and workshop operations including planning, workflow, staffing, priorities and performance.
• Develop and coach assembly technicians; provide technical guidance and performance management.
• Own production execution: ensure assembly, testing, documentation, and delivery per design and quality requirements.
