Consolidated Precision Products Corp (CPP) is seeking a Training Coordinator/Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute its employee training program across two Albany, Oregon facilities. You will manage engagement, learning records, and collaborate with leadership and SMEs to ensure workforce competency and compliance.

The role involves onboarding support, records administration, and evaluating training effectiveness while working with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level degree in HR, business administration, education, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in training, HR, or administrative coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and LMS/QMS.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding support: track and monitor onboarding schedules and training progress for new hires.
• Records administration: maintain and update training records and milestones, compliance tracking, and oversee course content in HRIS/quality systems.
• Needs assessment: distribute training surveys, compile feedback, and help measure training effectiveness against KPIs.
• Teamwork: collaborate with Operations, Quality Engineering, Product & Process Engineering, HR and EHS to execute the program.
• Continuous improvement: inform leadership and coach team toward process improvements.
