Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align HR initiatives between Albany sites and leadership.
• Oversee recruiting, selection and retention.
• Develop and mentor the site HR team.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
