The Training Coordinator or Manager plans, coordinates, and executes the employee training program for two CPP Titanium manufacturing facilities in Albany, Oregon. This role manages training engagement, maintains learning records, and partners with the leadership team and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support workforce competency and compliance.

Competenze

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in a training, HR, or administrative coordination role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience using a Learning or Quality Management System (LMS/QMS).
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-service orientation.
• Exceptional multi-tasking, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Mansioni

• Onboarding Support: Track and monitor onboarding schedules and training progress for new hires to ensure timely completion of required competencies.
• Records Administration: Maintain and update training records and milestones, compliance tracking, and oversee course content within internal quality and HRIS systems.
• Needs Assessment & Evaluation: Distribute in-progress and post-training evaluation surveys, compile feedback data, and assist in measuring training effectiveness against KPIs.
• Teamwork & Collaboration: Collaborate with Operations, Quality Engineering, Product & Process Engineering, Human Resources and EHS personnel to effectively execute the training program.
• Continuous Improvement: Engage and inform leadership as needed and coach team members toward identified process improvement.
