Responsibilities

• Coordinate aerospace program deliveries through backend operations to support customer delivery commitments.
• Monitor and expedite castings through NDT and other processing operations to meet delivery targets.
• Track program progress, identify bottlenecks, and drive solutions to minimize delays.
• Provide daily program status updates to upper management, including delivery commitments, risks, priorities, and recovery plans.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Quality to resolve issues and ensure successful program execution.
• Maintain accurate program tracking, follow up on action items, and ensure accountability across departments.
• Develop understanding of aerospace manufacturing and repair processes, customer requirements, and internal procedures.
• Take ownership of assigned programs and manage increasing levels of complexity and responsibility over time.
