Job summary

Electra is seeking a Trade Compliance Administrator to join our growing team at the Manassas headquarters. You will help manage ITAR, EAR, OFAC compliance, classify products, and support licensing activities across engineering, program management, and supply chain.

You will build an audit-ready record system, assist with license applications, and help train staff on export/import obligations as we scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience, including 1–2 years in export/trade compliance or regulatory operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Working knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and related U.S. export control regulations.
• Experience with export license applications (DSPs, TAAs, MLAs) and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support export regulatory compliance programs under ITAR, EAR, OFAC, and related laws.
• Assist with product classifications and license applications; maintain audit-ready records.
• Coordinate HTS classification and customs documentation for imports.
• Provide cross-functional support across engineering, program, supply chain, and legal.
