Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Export Compliance Manager to lead the site's export program, ensure EAR/ITAR compliance, and manage licensing, classification, and documentation.

You will coordinate with engineering, operations, and sales, deliver training, perform audits, and serve as Empowered Official under ITAR, contributing to a robust, compliant supply chain.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in export compliance or related regulatory functions (ITAR, EAR, OFAC).
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. export control regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert export compliance consultation to multiple teams and maintain training records.
• Serve as the primary site contact for EAR/ITAR compliance and documentation.
• Review ECOs and product changes to identify compliance impacts and licensing needs.
• Review export holds, perform screenings, and ensure timely release and shipments.
• Support group and corporate export programs and share best practices.
• Conduct audits, investigate incidents, and coordinate with legal for remediation.
• Prepare and monitor export licenses and jurisdiction determinations.
