Job summary

Sinclair Manufacturing (dba PacAero Norton) is seeking a skilled Tool Maker to fabricate, maintain, and repair production tooling, ensuring parts meet drawings and specs. This on-site role supports presses and tooling in a fast-paced aerospace/defense manufacturing environment.

You will read engineering drawings, set up tool room machinery, troubleshoot tooling issues, and collaborate with production and quality teams while adhering to QMS requirements and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in tool making, tooling fabrication, or tooling repair.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Experience setting up and operating tool room machinery and power presses.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate tooling used in manufacturing operations to produce parts per engineering drawings and specs.
• Set up and operate tool room machinery to support tooling fabrication and maintenance.
• Ensure tooling is accurately produced and meets required specifications.
