Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in tooling fabrication and assembly, preferably in the aerospace industry.
• Strong model/ blueprint interpretation skills specific to welding and tool assembly.
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills to manage complex projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Engage in design prior to the PDR phase and follow the design to completion.
• Support inspection of all components and assemblies for blueprint conformance.
• Implement safety and efficiency enhancements in the assembly process.
