Qualifications

• Experience with CAD (CATIA V5/V6, NX, 3DX, Siemens).
• Experience with SAP.

Responsibilities

• Applies engineering principles to design and support airplane manufacturing tools (jigs, fixtures, test equipment).
• Develops designs including concept, structural/mechanical analysis and tool definition.
• Identifies and implements advanced technologies to improve manufacturing processes.
• Provides producibility input and leadership on tool engineering projects.
• Creates detailed fabrication instructions and media for tooling; lays out computer-generated models for tooling.
• Monitors quality through SPC and interfaces with production, engineering and customers.
