Job summary

Sierra Space is seeking an entry-level Test Engineer I to contribute to the testing and validation of aerospace systems and components in a collaborative team. You will assist in planning, executing, and documenting Verification and Validation activities under senior engineers’ guidance.

The role offers growth through hands-on testing, data documentation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure system integration and performance. A strong foundation in engineering principles is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in engineering/test environments.
• Familiarity with Verification and Validation (V&V) activities.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and follow instructions from senior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, execution, and documentation of Verification and Validation activities.
• Prepare and document test data, reports, and technical information.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and support testing activities.
