Insight Global is partnering with a top aerospace client in El Segundo, CA to hire a Technical Trainer responsible for developing and delivering technical training for manufacturing teams and quality inspectors supporting high-reliability space hardware. The role blends classroom instruction, hands-on demonstrations, and LMS-based learning (LMS365/Workday Learning).

You will collaborate with Quality, EHS and operations to identify skill gaps and implement practical training that drives

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing and delivering technical training in aerospace, space, or high‑reliability manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience with high‑reliability manufacturing processes (e.g., soldering, harness fabrication, epoxy, torque tools, GD&T, microscope use)
• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS365, Workday Learning, or similar)
• Familiarity with instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE)

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training for manufacturing teams, quality inspectors, and personnel supporting high‑reliability space hardware.
• Provide a mix of classroom instruction, hands‑on demonstrations, and LMS‑based learning.
• Identify skill gaps and build practical training solutions, providing coaching to improve compliance and workforce performance.
