Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience in tech-heavy environments.
• Track record hiring rare, highly sought-after technical talent.
• Strong ability to build strategies beyond traditional methods.
• Comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous startup settings.
• Excellent relationships with engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for core engineering and leadership roles.
• Develop creative sourcing to engage candidates who aren’t actively looking.
• Partner with senior leadership to define hiring strategies.
• Move quickly while maintaining high quality and candidate experience.
