Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a detail‑minded technician to perform surface prep and repair on aero‑engine turbine airfoil components. The role includes grit blasting, masking, blending, and assisting with training others in our FAA regulated facility.

A minimum HS diploma and at least 1 year of relevant experience are required. The job is onsite with comprehensive benefits, paid time off, 401(k), and safety programs; candidates must comply with FAA safety rules and pass drug

Qualifications

• HS diploma (or equivalent) with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and MS Office is preferred.
• Experience with inspection tools and basic measurements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surface prep and repair operations on aero-engine turbine airfoil components.
• Grit blasting, masking, blending and other related tasks.
• Assist in developing other team members.
• Perform assigned tasks to support facility needs while complying with EH&S rules.
