Job summary

Dallas Airfoil Repair Operations in Grand Prairie, TX seeks a Production Generalist to support aero‑engine and industrial gas turbine airfoil refurbishment. This second‑shift role offers a dynamic environment with emphasis on continuous improvement and safety.

Responsibilities include surface prep and repair tasks, training teammates, and contributing to team performance while adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies. FAA‑regulated site with strong focus on quality.

Qualifications

• HS diploma (or GED) with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Six months of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Three months of aerospace industry experience.
• Three months of experience using Microsoft Office.
• Three months of experience using SAP.

Responsibilities

• Perform surface preparation and repair tasks on turbine airfoil components (grit blasting, masking, blending).
• Support development and training of team members; contribute to safety and quality goals.
• Carry out duties to enhance individual and team performance; follow EH&S policies.
• Maintain positive relationships across the facility and adapt to additional tasks as needed.
