Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of related work experience.
• 5 years of relevant/technical work experience.
• 2+ years of supplier quality experience with ISO 9001/AS9100.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply and maintain quality standards across supplier base.
• Track and report supplier performance metrics (quality, on-time delivery).
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with purchasing, operations, and customer service on quality controls.
• Participate in supplier audits and qualification processes.
• Prepare and present supplier quality updates to the team.
