Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years in quality engineering, supplier quality, manufacturing quality, or aerospace quality.
• Experience in AS9100 environments.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100, AS13100, AS9102, GD&T, PPAP/APQP.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and aerospace standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, qualify, and approve new suppliers per AS9100 and customer requirements.
• Conduct supplier audits, assessments, and surveillance activities.
• Monitor supplier quality performance using defined metrics (PPM, defects, audits).
• Review and approve FAIRs, PFMEAs, Control Plans, and Process Certifications.
• Lead 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and FTA analyses for root cause investigations.
• Drive supplier development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (FAA, ITAR/EAR) and cross‑functional collaboration.
