Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Program Supplier Assurance Engineer to drive supplier quality improvements across the supply base, performing on-site surveillance, CAPA reviews, and design/qualification activity.

The role requires a STEM degree with 5+ years in quality engineering and the ability to obtain interim and final DoD clearance; travel up to 25% is possible.

You'll work with QA notes, APQP, and KPIs to ensure compliance and reliable delivery to programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 5+ years in quality engineering or related field.
• Experience with SPC, FMEA, or QFD in aerospace or defense.
• Root cause analysis experience and implementation of corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier quality requirements and conformance through QA notes and works.
• Lead on-site surveillance, CAPA reviews, and process improvements.
• Participate in design reviews, process changes, and qualification activities.
• Develop KPIs to measure supplier quality performance and drive improvements.
• Communicate progress to Raytheon leadership and program teams.
