Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial, Englewood, CO, seeks a Subcontract Program Manager to lead supplier performance for major aerospace programs. You’ll manage materials budgets, subcontracts, and risk mitigation while partnering across Program Management, Engineering, Operations, and Business Management.

You’ll ensure cost, schedule, and technical requirements are met, negotiate subcontracts, and lead on-site supplier management as needed. Security clearance is required and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting missile-related programs or systems.
• Strong supplier and subcontract management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced program environment.
• Strong English communication across functions.
• Security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Manage total supplier performance and supplier management strategy for major programs.
• Oversee materials budget including subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Develop material plans, forecasts, budgets, and schedules.
• Collaborate across Program Management, Engineering, Operations, and Business Management.
• Ensure supplier compliance with cost, schedule, technical and contractual requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mitigate supplier risks.
