For our client, we are seeking a Subcontracts Manager to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will own subcontract procurement and supplier administration efforts that support both U.S. Government and commercial programs. The position is focused on managing complex subcontract activity from sourcing through closeout while strengthening supplier performance, supply continuity, and risk mitigation across the operation. You will partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to negotiate terms, resolve issues, and help ensure production and demand needs are met. Success in this role will require strong judgment, disciplined execution, and the ability to develop practical supply chain strategies for technically complex environments. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $107,500 – $204,500 annually
