PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Subcontract Program Manager to lead supplier performance and subcontract strategy for mission-critical aerospace programs. You will manage budgets, forecasts, negotiations, schedules, and risk mitigation across cross-functional teams to ensure cost-effective, timely results.

The role demands strong negotiation skills, autonomous decision-making, and experience with missile-related programs.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with missile-related programs or systems is preferred.
• Strong supplier and subcontract management, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced program environment.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to collaborate across technical, operations, program, and business functions.
• Security clearance is required for this position.

Mansioni

• Manage total supplier performance and supplier management strategy for assigned major programs or portions of programs.
• Oversee the total materials budget, including subcontracts, agreements, and purchase orders.
• Develop material business plans, forecasts, budgets, and schedules.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute program material plans.
• Ensure suppliers meet cost, schedule, technical, legal, and contractual requirements.
• Lead and guide teams responsible for supplier program execution and cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify, assess, mitigate, and resolve supplier risks and issues.
• Analyze supplier proposals, pricing, SOWs, technical specs, and contractual requirements.
• Establish negotiation objectives and targets for major subcontracts and procured materials.
• Lead negotiations to achieve program and business objectives.
• Work directly with suppliers, including on-site supplier management at supplier facilities.
• Operate independently while aligning with broader program strategies.
