Job summary

The role requires 10+ years of project management in development phases, US citizenship, and an active SECRET clearance with successful background checks. Strong negotiation and FAR/DFAR knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management in the development phase of a program.
• U.S. Citizen with active SECRET clearance to support government contract; must pass drug and background checks.
• Experience with complex subcontracts and program delivery is expected.
• Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and contract management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead subcontract management across contracts and programs.
• Direct costs, schedules, quality, and technical performance for subcontractors.
• Develop sourcing and subcontract program management plans addressing needs, execution, and risk.
• Act as main focal point to subcontractor and PMO; manage all subcontract phases and closeout.
• Drive negotiations, make/buy decisions, and cost accountability across the lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional teams (engineers, quality, procurement) to ensure successful execution.
