Lockheed Martin in Englewood, CO is seeking a Subcontract Program Manager Leader to oversee SPM teams supporting Strategic Missile Defense. You will manage cost, schedule, and technical performance, coordinate with the program office, and drive subcontract execution across multiple sites.

The role requires a strong background in leading diverse, high-demand programs within Aerospace & Defense, and periodic travel to customer and supplier locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• 10+ years of professional experience in relevant field such as Subcontract Program Management, Procurement, or Program Management.
• Extensive background with managing and leading teams responsible for cost, quality, schedule and technical program performance.

Responsibilities

• Support the SMD and FBM Program Office in execution of the overall program.
• Monitor and support each subcontract management team in cost, schedule and technical execution.
• Directs and manages all costs, quality, schedule, financial, and technical performance requirements for the subcontractor.
• Develops sourcing and subcontract program management strategic plans addressing program capture, execution, and risk.
• Acts as the main focal point to the subcontractor and program management office.
• Lead end-to-end subcontract management from business case to contract closeout.
• Establish milestone objectives and lead cross-functional teams to ensure delivery.
• Provide status reporting and support Global Supply Chain rhythm.
• Travel up to 50% to customer and subcontractor locations.
