Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in related aviation/engineering fields.
• Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proficient with basic computer tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Structural Repair Coordination: learn to gather information on aircraft damage and condition and communicate repair needs with the engineering team.
• Support Field Operations: help develop letters for ferry flights, flight extensions, minor repairs, and other structural issues, and document field support processes.
• Technical Guidance: provide basic technical guidance to customers using published documents and drawings.
• Identify Improvement Opportunities: learn to identify design and manufacturing improvements and provide feedback to departments.
• Monitor Repair Trends: observe repair trends and contribute to standard repairs for manuals.
• On-Site Damage Evaluations: accompany experienced team members to evaluate severely damaged aircraft.
