You will drive cross‑functional engineering efforts, perform structural analyses, and mentor teammates to resolve producibility challenges.

The role emphasizes producing quality deliverables, supporting quality issues, and advancing safety and ESTO values, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• B.S. in STEM and 2 years of engineering experience, or an advanced engineering degree.
• Preferred Master's in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Civil Engineering.
• Experience in aerospace or mechanical manufacturing engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering efforts to meet deliverable targets.
• Perform structural assessments via hand calculations and FEA with supervision.
• Mentor team members and review structural analyses for quality.
• Collaborate with outsourced engineers to ensure deliverables meet standards.
• Improve producibility of cold-section hardware through technical input.
• Support strategic planning and drive safety and ESTO values.
• Travel up to 10% (Domestic and International).
