Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in East Hartford, CT, is seeking a Senior Project Engineer for the ESTO organization. You will lead producibility projects across the value stream for commercial fan blade programs, collaborating with operations, quality, procurement, suppliers, and SMEs to solve technical challenges.

You will manage multiple projects, lead cross-functional teams including international members, oversee production support and data reporting, and develop expertise in airfoil knowledge and program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5 years of engineering experience, or an Advanced degree with 3 years of engineering experience.
• Relevant experience in engineering project management, manufacturing, production support, or technical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects across the value stream, aligned with technical and business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including international members, to resolve issues effectively.
• Oversee producibility projects, production support, and escape management.
• Coordinate data management and reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Support outsourcing initiatives by managing vendor relationships and deliverables.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Present project updates and recommendations to senior management.
