Job summary

FDH Aero in Arlington, TX is seeking a Sales Representative to manage all aspects of sales recruitment and retention. You will handle customer sales, quoting, and coordinate with vendors to meet the company's goals while delivering excellent service.

You will build pricing strategies, develop new opportunities with existing customers, and pursue growth while working with multiple departments to ensure seamless order flow and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school education or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to effectively utilize software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• An understanding of and working knowledge of aerospace quality management practices and AS9120 requirements is helpful.
• Knowledge in OEM and general aerospace business environment.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
• Demonstrates strong customer service attitude and demeanor.
• Solid communication skills, verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work interdepartmentally.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to assess their needs and requirements to facilitate a successful quotation for the customers’ consideration
• Generally, portray and represent the company to customers and promote the company’s ideals, products, services, and provide excellent customer service always
• With the first two requirements in mind, move the customer to a position where they rely on and order from the company their aircraft requirements on a regular basis.
• Formulating pricing strategies to successfully capture orders Developing new opportunities for business to existing customers as well as developing new accounts
• Begins each task or project with the end in mind
• Drives for results and success; conveys a sense of urgency; pursues goals and works to achieve them
• Perform other duties as assigned
