Job summary

FDH Aero in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the sales team with scheduling, reporting, and order processing. You will coordinate with marketing, manage customer inquiries, and maintain accurate documentation in the CRM and ERP systems.

Qualifications include an Associate’s degree and 2–3 years of sales experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is expected; familiarity with Quantum is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• 2-3 years of sales experience.
• Experience with Quantum is helpful.
• Ability to read and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures or government regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of basic ERP and internet browsing.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and materials for meetings.
• Coordinate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives.
• Receive and process customer orders accurately.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Maintain records of sales orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
• Serve as main point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.
• Address concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability.
• Maintain CRM data and generate sales performance reports.
• Analyze sales data for opportunities and improvements.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
