RTX is seeking a Software Engineer to join our on-site team in Cedar Rapids, IA, contributing to state-of-the-art software for the Microelectronics wafer fab. You will work with multiple disciplines to embed technology into a broad product portfolio and participate in requirements, design, coding, and integration activities.

The role requires pursuing a STEM degree with experience in full software lifecycle practices, version control, and databases such as SQL Server; familiarity with Python,

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a STEM discipline.
• Experience with software engineering tools, version control and debuggers.
• Experience with SQL and databases such as Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with full lifecycle software development practices and configuration management tools.
