Job summary

RTX is seeking a software engineer on onsite duty in the United States to design, develop, test, deliver, and maintain software for cutting-edge defense systems. You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and leaders in an Agile environment, contributing to multi-tier architectures and modern DevSecOps practices.

The role requires a Master’s in STEM and experience with C/C++, Python, Ada or similar, plus familiarity with Atlassian tools, Jenkins, Eclipse, and Ansible. U.S.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in STEM is required.
• Experience working in Agile environments such as scrum, scrum at scale, SAFe and DevSecOps.
• Experience with tools such as Atlassian Suite (Bitbucket/Artifactory, Confluence, Crucible, Fisheye, Jira), Jenkins, Eclipse, and Ansible.
• Experience with software development, test, and/or integration using C, C++, Python, Ada, or similar.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
