Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Senior Customer Solutions Manager to guide aerospace and satellite customers through cloud adoption and AI transformation, translating ambitious space missions into measurable outcomes. You will work across AWS teams to drive multi-year modernization, data readiness, and agentic AI initiatives.

You will collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services to deliver value, manage complex customer engagements, and enable responsible AI

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with demonstrated benefits realization.
• Experience in enterprise IT, either as a vendor, consultant, or managing technical programs.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• 5+ years of Space Vehicle/Satellite Operations or related industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own & Influence: lead customer engagements end-to-end across Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, and customer teams to deliver measurable business outcomes for aerospace & satellite organizations.
• Drive Adoption: develop roadmaps aligning cloud adoption with customer milestones like constellation deployments or launch campaigns.
• Accelerate Value: identify opportunities for migrations, data analytics, generative AI, and modernization to advance space missions.
• Enable & Govern: design education programs, AI readiness assessments, governance frameworks, and executive sessions.
• Advocate & Coach: serve as customer's cloud coach, communicating needs to AWS leadership, product, and engineering teams.
• Collaborate & Coordinate: connect account managers, solutions architects, TACs, and PS teams to execute cloud strategy.
• Build & Scale: develop scalable mechanisms and AI-powered automation to accelerate adoption across aerospace segment.
