Job summary

AWS is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Manager to join the Worldwide Public Sector Aerospace & Satellite team. You will guide commercial space, satellite, and aerospace customers through multi-year cloud adoption, migration, modernization, and AI transformation initiatives.

As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with AWS teams to deliver measurable outcomes, from agentic AI workflows to autonomous ground system operations, while traveling 25-40% and requiring US citizenship with TS/SCI

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with demonstrated benefits realization.
• Experience in enterprise IT, vendor or consultant roles managing technical programs.
• Customer-facing experience with stakeholders across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements end-to-end across Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, and customer teams to deliver measurable outcomes for aerospace and satellite customers.
• Develop and execute cloud adoption roadmaps aligned with customer milestones (constellations, launch campaigns, new services).
• Identify opportunities for migrations, data & analytics, AI/ML capabilities, and modernization to advance missions and operations.
• Design education programs, AI readiness assessments, governance frameworks, and executive briefings for responsible AI adoption and long-term success.
• Advocate for customers within AWS, translating needs to leadership, product, and engineering teams including Ground Station services.
• Coordinate between account managers, solutions architects, TAMs, and professional services to align against cloud strategy.
• Develop scalable mechanisms and AI-powered automation strategies to accelerate adoption across the aerospace & satellite segment.
