Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to drive adoption of AWS services for aerospace and satellite solutions globally. You will own technical engagement with Aerospace and Satellite customer/partners and help develop blueprints, architectures, and quick-start templates.

The role requires deep space domain knowledge, software architecture, and cloud computing expertise, with strong business and customer-facing skills. US citizenship is required for this position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
• 4+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural guidance and recommendations for partner engagements.
• Ideation of new managed services streams and unique solutions for AWS offerings.
• Assist solution providers with technical strategies to sell more on AWS.
• Hands-on responsibilities: PoCs, solution development, device certification if required.
