Job summary

AllClear Aerospace & Defense seeks a dedicated supply chain professional to manage RFQ requests and quotes for aerospace MRO and repair services. You will support internal customers, review teardown reports, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery.

The role emphasizes rapid RFQ handling, ERP updates, and collaboration with finance, operations, and engineering to meet customer requirements and optimize supplier performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review shop teardown reports to understand maintenance performed.
• Process RFQs and ensure quotes meet internal customer needs.
• Maintain 24-hour RFQ turnaround time to suppliers.
• Update ERP with status of open purchase orders and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate procurement with requesting departments and technicians.
