Fluid Components International LLC, a division of DwyerOmega, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across Western U.S. for the Aerospace unit.

Role supports in-territory remote work or can be based at the San Marcos, CA facility, with potential territorial expansion. Responsibilities include developing territory strategies, managing key accounts, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering tailored solutions to OEMs and defense contractors.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in aerospace/defense.
• Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles and long-term contracts.
• Ability to develop complex proposals integrating engineering, pricing and contract elements.
• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline tracking.

Aufgaben

• Develop territory-specific strategies to drive new business and meet sales targets.
• Serve as primary liaison for customers and channel partners to align with objectives.
• Manage sales pipeline from lead generation to contract execution.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, quality and legal to support proposals.
• Maintain regular contact with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and program success.
• Provide accurate forecasts, territory reports and pipeline updates to senior management.
• Monitor market trends and competitive positioning to inform strategy.
• Represent the company at meetings, trade shows and industry events.
