Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the North East Region in the United States. You will drive sales growth, manage key accounts, and lead contract negotiations across the region, with substantial travel of about 50–70%.

Ideal candidates have 3–10 years of aerospace technical sales experience, an engineering background, and strong ability to manage complex contracts with major customers. Collaboration with multiple TIMET divisions is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or technical degree; aerospace/engineering background preferred.
• 3–10 years in aerospace technical sales or marketing.
• Experience with major aerospace customers at senior levels.
• Experience in contract management or negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales bookings targets daily, weekly, quarterly.
• Grow regional revenue and profitability within contract framework.
• Monitor contract health and report performance feedback to leadership.
• Develop strategic initiatives to improve regional metrics.
• Prioritize technical support projects and negotiate major contracts.
• Maintain high-level customer relationships to drive growth.
• Collaborate with Operations, Q&T, Logistics, and Finance across regions.
• Manage inside and outside sales in the Northeast region; travel ~70%.
