Zusammenfassung

AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking a Quality Technician II to support the Quality Engineering group with first article and part approvals, selective inspection, NC material handling, and related administrative duties for UAV flight test programs.

The role requires 1–2 years of related experience, strong GD&T understanding, MS Office skills, and the ability to document flight tests and non-conformances. Travel to remote flying sites is daily.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1-2 years related work experience.
• Strong GD&T knowledge to ANSI Y14.5.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to document flight test and non-conformances.
• Must be able to travel daily to remote flying sites and hold a California driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Process FAI and deliverable submissions accurately and timely.
• Conduct selective inspection and maintain related records.
• Process internal non-conforming material and communicate status.
• Create Final Inspection documentation package (COC, TDRs).
• Support QEs during audits and corrective action processes.
• Develop and maintain process instructions for quality activities.
• Coordinate with Shipping and Contracts to ensure timely delivery.
