Job summary

AV is seeking a Quality Technician II to support the Quality Engineering group with FAI submissions, selective inspection, and NC material processing. The role also documents UAV flight acceptance activities and supports audit readiness.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related experience, with basic GD&T and MS Office skills. Travel to remote flight sites is expected, with a focus on continuous improvement through data-driven methods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related experience or equivalent.
• Solid mechanic inspection skills and reading drawings to ANSI Y14.5.

Responsibilities

• Process FAI and deliverable submissions with records/logs and status updates.
• Conduct selective inspection and document results using QE systems.
• Process internal NC material and communicate findings to relevant parties.
