Job summary

Parker Aerospace is seeking a Site Quality and Compliance Manager to lead the quality function at the Akron site. You will oversee quality inspectors, calibration techs, and quality engineers, ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires extensive experience in aerospace manufacturing, a strong focus on RCCA and continuous improvement, and leadership of a cross-functional team across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• 5–10 years of manufacturing experience, aerospace preferred.
• Proven ability to lead quality systems and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead site quality and compliance across Akron operations.
• Drive RCCA, 8D, 5 Whys and continuous improvement.
• Ensure AS9100/AS9102 and customer requirements are met.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers on quality issues.
