Job summary

Parker Aerospace is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee internal audits, document controls and ensure compliance with EMFCO and customer requirements. You will coordinate cross‑functional QA activities and support calibration and shipping documentation.

The role emphasizes adherence to quality systems, effective communication, and teamwork to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and business processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work in a team environment; computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Internal Audit plan and coordinate with other departments to ensure audits are completed on time.
• Provide leadership to other QA Administrative team members; coordinate and prioritize tasks within the QA Administrative area.
• Understand how EMFCO’s Quality System interacts with other Business Processes, such as Inventory Control, Accounting, Purchasing, Marketing, etc.
• Interface with Customer and Third Party Audit Personnel to perform and support audits.
• Update and review Quality System documentation; ensure written quality system meets EMFCO Business goals and Customer requirements.
• Ensure MRB Nonconforming material is processed in compliance with Customer and EMFCO Business Process requirements.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation to ensure Customer Purchase Order Requirements are met.
• Generate purchase orders for miscellaneous items and coordinate calibration with vendors.
• Able to perform all other QA Administrative functions to provide back-up support as needed.
• Review Quality System and Business Processes for compliance to expectations; identify issues and propose improvements.
