Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of quality management experience.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Experience implementing and managing QMS in compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, and AS13100.
• Experience utilizing 8D problem-solving methodology.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with AS9100 and NADCAP.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing quality assurance team.
• Drive continuous improvement programs to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
• Oversee investigation of quality issues using root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Review and approve revisions to internal process procedures and Quality system procedures to meet regulatory and customer requirements (NADCAP/AS9100).
• Schedule and review internal and external audits to identify and correct non-conformances.
• Act as primary contact for quality-related customer inquiries and audits; resolve complaints.
• Collaborate with supply chain to improve supplier quality and conduct supplier audits.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior executives with KPIs and trend analysis.
