Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality Department, reporting to the General Manager with dotted line to the Director of Quality for the Fasteners Group. You will drive quality programs to meet customer requirements and ensure product processing consistency across operations.

The role requires aerospace experience, leadership, and a strong track record in audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement in a high‑reliability manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 5–7 years Aerospace experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
