Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) is seeking a Director of Quality to lead the site Quality organization focused on compliance with AS9100 and NADCAP standards. You will establish quality strategies, oversee audits, and improve operational excellence.

Qualified candidates will have 10+ years in quality within aerospace or defense, with strong leadership abilities. Attractive benefits include base salary up to $190,000, plus bonuses and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of AS9100 and NADCAP Quality Management Systems.
• Experience in corrective action, root cause analysis, and audits.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality controls.
• Ability to analyze quality data for measurable performance improvement.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish quality strategy and priorities.
• Maintain AS9100 Quality Management System and NADCAP processes.
• Lead inspection and nonconformance management.
• Monitor quality metrics and develop improvement plans.
• Recruit and develop a high-performing Quality team.
