Qualifications

• Strong understanding of quality systems and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership and ability to mentor a QA team.
• Experience implementing QMS in aerospace or similar industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Management System (QMS) to AS9100 and NADCAP standards.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing quality assurance team.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce defects and optimize processes.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Review and approve procedural documentation for compliance.
• Coordinate internal/external audits and address non-conformances.
