Job summary

The role involves auditing, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with engineering to implement improvements and cost reductions while maintaining exceptional customer service and compliance with export controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Material Sci. or related Engineering field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a quality role in a manufacturing environment.
• Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma Certification.
• Knowledge of blueprints and airfoil specifications, Laue, and ultrasonic wall inspection.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor and develop systems relating to ISO, AS9100, NADCAP and other industry standards.
• Develop and analyze statistical data and product specs for quality and reliability.
• Drive cost improvement and productivity in QA and inspection functions.
• Interface with customers and internal teams to resolve quality issues and non-conformances.
